An hour after we ordered our pizza the driver called and told us he does not deliver to our area and hung up. We called him back and he said we have to call the store and cancel. When we called the person at the store said the driver put it down that he had already delivered it even though he did not! So because he lied, in order for us to get our money back we have to drive up to the store and get our refund in cash. Also we have to reorder the pizza. The driver messed up and was rude to us! Not okay

Food was disgusting... breadsticks were warm but hard as a rock. Also, had 7 pieces on pepperoni on an entire pizza. Will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut. Quality has gone down within the last couple of years and is not worth the price.

I ordered a personal pan pizza and I would like it to be cooked to have a crusty bottom. I remember when they were cooked in an iron skillet but I don’t know if that still happens. The pizzas just different..

Pizza Hut is my favorite... but do change it up. I got a pizza with my reward points.. carry out.. I gotta say, these guys are on point.. best pizza I’ve had from any of the top 4. Definitely being going back..hope the employees see this by chance.. you guys showing why no one out pizzas the hut...
