1. Bathroom lock doesn’t work, there was no soap in the bathroom but there is a sign saying for employees to wash there hands.. how? 2. Employees didn’t greet us or anything when we came in. 10 minutes later skytierra (however it’s spelled) walks up and stares at my friend with rude expression and not friendly. So my friend says hi I’m here to pick up and she kinda groans and mumbles something like “it’s in the back”. She seemed annoyed by our presence. We ordered ahead and got there on time and still had to wait like 20 minutes for our food? 3. Skytierra (however it’s spelled) wasn’t wearing gloves while putting pepperoni and cheese on pizza and neither was the other girl. 4. Our pizza was not cut

If I could give this place a -1 out of 5 I would. I don’t know how this place is still open. Literally every time that I’ve gone, something is “wrong with the ovens” or “they don’t have enough doughs to make the pizzas”.They always say this, meanwhile there is people making pizzas on the back. This place is seriously a joke. One time I came in to just order some cheese sticks and they told me that it was going to take 2 hours because they had a lot of pizzas to make. I looked at the screen and there weren’t any pizzas, store was completely empty and didn’t see anybody in the back making any pizzas they where just talking. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but please don’t waste your time here and go to another location. Oh and most important the employees working there are just rude and incompetent.

My family and I had a horrible day and we waiting on our pizza and breadsticks to come. The delivery was quick, but the food was raw. I spit it out and told my kids not to eat it. My wife Is taking the food back to the store on Western Blvd. We are figuring something else out for dinner. I guess when it rains it pours. On our last order, they forgot the buffalo wings. That’s why I didn’t order it this time. Maybe next time I’ll just order some sauce.

It pains me to give it one star as this is my kids' favorite pizza. This is the 2nd time we have ordered from this location. We will no longer be a customer here. In short, the store manager needs to be fired. The employees are not making quality products and the manager bears responsability. Please, LC listen to our complaints and provide better service and improve your quality. My order: a cheese pizza (okay, not the best), a pepperroni cheese bread (pictured below....worst one of the two I have ordered), and bbq wings (the sauce was super salty).
