I've stayed at this hotel many many times over the years. The location for us is perfect. We usually stay for a night after enjoying the beach for the day. It's close to shopping the Tanger outlets. And it's close to restaurants we like to eat at. BUT on this visit our room was not up to Hampton Inn standards we're use to. The mattress was very comfortable but the carpet was frayed and wallpaper is starting to peel off. I guess the bathroom vent hasn't worked in awhile because the paint in the bathroom is peeling all along the ceiling and metal is rusting. It was very humid feeling. In the hallway, right in front of our door, was a huge bleach stain. Again we love this hotels location and the desk staff was very personable but this hotel needs some attention to details to bring it up to standards we pay for.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, cozy beds. The only thing I was not a fan of was some of the breakfast served that day. I got a biscuit and gravy and it was much too salty for my taste. However, everything else was delightful. The location was great for me, I was here for work not a vacation so I would definitely stay here again.

I recently switch from a different hotel chain due to the quality of the rooms and the beds were horrible. I must say this Hampton inn is beautiful, warm and welcoming. The bed is super comfortable and it located with walking distance from anything you need. My family and I will be back.

It is a nice place to stay. The room was what we have come to expect from Hampton Inns. It was just an overnight stay; we didn't get to check out much. We saw plenty of places and activities on our way out. It was pretty close to man highway. The breakfast was the usual fair. For the extra money you pay for a Hampton Inn you would think they could up their food game a bit. Otherwise a good stay.
