Tonight I had to stop in at AutoZone for an oil filter and some oil, since I am having to do my own oil change on my Honda... I have never done an oil change before on my vehicle, or any for that matter, let alone by myself.., so am super thankful that the cashier was extremely kind, non-judgy, and didn't speak to me like I was just a dumb female which was great!! He also stepped up by informing me of what I needed and would have to do, what to expect, and passed along all of that experienced knowledge that one, like myself, was glad to get. I will most DEFINETLY be coming to this one when needing any other car needs, and recommend others should too 🙂 Thanks for the help and awesome customer service, y'all rock!! ❤️

Chase B. helped me with a battery purchase. He was very knowledgeable and professional, helped fetch the old battery from my car and carried the new one out so I could care for my toddler. Chase’s customer service is excellent and I hope he is adequately recognized and compensated appropriately.

My husband is overseas right now, he’s in the Army. I could not figure out how to do the diagnostic code on my daughters car because there is a check engine light on. I don’t know anything about cars at all. I called this Autozone and a woman answered the phone I explained that I couldn’t get diagnostic to work then she asks me if I turned car on or if I was doing it right. I did do it right. I couldn’t get the app to connect with ours but my whole entire point of calling was to ask if your store did diagnostic testing. Finally she says they do. I drive up there with two kids in tow, I see the girl and she was very slowly cleaning off oil cans, she didn’t acknowledge me but I was honestly glad she didn’t she didn’t seem friendly at all. The woman she was helping she gave her two oil cans and they still had oil on them because I saw the customer cleaning it off and there was a lot. I am so thankful that Lionel helped me because he went above and beyond, he took his time to explain everything to me which remember I don’t know anything about cars!, he checked the battery and did the diagnostic testing, then he suggested getting a new gasoline cover which I did gladly. He told me what was wrong with my daughters car and how much the part would be, I plan on buying it before my husband gets back and having him put it on. Lionel even went outside and showed us how to do the gasoline cover. He was so nice, personable, professional and friendly I am so glad that he helped us instead of the lady who seemed put out and irritated by me. I’m going to call the store tomorrow and tell them how wonderful Lionel was. He was so helpful the girl seemed like she was trying to look busy and she just had such an attitude.
