I took my kid out for some motorcycle practice in the nearby area that the MSF course is taught. I noticed midway through that the tire on their bike looked low. Hopped over to Paulson's and they walked me on over to service and showed a quick path over. Then they topped up the air and we were on our merry way. Tech was nice and friendly.

We bought our new side by side from here. They're very helpful and they know what they're talking about. They have a huge inventory to choose from, with both new and used available. They didn't have the exact model we were looking for, but they found it for us and we couldn't be happier. And we've been back to buy track's and a bigger tires and rims, and they've been awesome.

Selection is great. Customer service is not. Clear communication is not present. We were led to believe false truths multiple times throughout the buying process. Don't expect to reach your sales rep after you leave the store. Expect to spend 3-4 hours in store when making a cash purchase. They have a great selection, but if you don't know exactly what you are looking for, don't expect them to help find what's right for you. I would not recommend this dealership. What was supposed to be an exciting purchase turned into an incredibly stressful experience, filled with uncertainty and unanswered phone calls. They do offer a lifetime engine warranty, my biggest hope is that I don't ever need it, so that I don't ever have to deal with them again.
