Just picked up a Magnum Pathfinder 500 today the customer service was outstanding. Got exactly what I was looking for no hard up selling. With everything that comes on this bike I think I got a great value for my money. Now I can keep up with my son on his bike.

I never thought I would get an electric mountain bike. However, with the cost of non electric full suspension bikes, the electric models at Alaska ebike are so competitive! First I was won over with the test ride. Then afterwards a lot of research and a few call backs to the shop I was convinced I should buy the BH Easy Motion Rebel Lynx 5.5 pw-x. The bike has very quality components and has a Yamaha motor and battery. I consider myself average or intermediate and this is my first new full suspension bike! It’s such an exciting and fun purchase and if it wasn’t for how cool and welcoming Cary is then I possibly wouldn’t have bought this bike. If you’re in the market for a new mountain bike I recommend going to the Alaska ebike store and test riding one of the models in stock.

Yes they do a great job they will repair any bike you need done . And They also rent them out if you need one to ride...
James, Yes we rent eBikes, you can see the rates at: http://store.akebike.com/item/bikes-for-hire We have amazing access to the Coastal and Chester Creek Trail systems here in Anchorage, once you are on the trails you can go for miles without crossing a road.
Yes, great question. We are available 24/7 by appointment basis. Our standard hours are Monday-Saturday noon to 6 PM. Feel free to call or email with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
Masks are worn, and limited number of people allowed in the shop at any one time. Extra sanitizing throughout the day. Individual appointments are available Monday and Tuesday
Longer term rentals are possible. We have 2 smaller folding eBikes available but no hitch style bike racks available at this time. Thanks
