This place is absolutely the best,not only do they have everything you need, the customer service is incredible! We were helped by tyler he was amazing and incredibly respectful. I went in with my parents (who are vets) and they can be a bit much at times but he handled it like a pro! Definitely will be coming back!

I need a four wheel mobile scooter ( 70 yo) and talked to Tyler, then called back to ask more specific and Jenny was very helpful as Tyler was...I was quoted $800 by Jenny and she was going to call the owners for a possible veterans discount..well, Tyler told me it was already discounted and told me the owner doesn't care about vets. So so sad and disappointed.

Excellent service My grandmother bought her lift chair over 5 years ago. Twice we’ve had to call bc the remote stopped working. Both times, they came out same day and fixed the issue! She cannot get up and down without her lift chair, so it’s so wonderful that they come out as soon as they can. And this time, the repair guy showed us where the battery backup is for the chair, which is beyond helpful. We have spent 5 years keeping her feet down during thunderstorms or potential power outages bc we had no idea there was a battery backup! I wish I had gotten his name, but he was amazing and so helpful.

No unfortunately we do not but we can order parts if the issue is in the power cord or an easy fix. I recommend you calling the manufacturer and seeing if technical service can help you troubleshoot the problem first. Sometimes it is an easy solution and other times they can let you know if it is worth fixing. We do sell new machines, masks, and supplies.

We do not accept any insurances here. If you have a Prescription for a taxable item, then you will not have to pay taxes for it, like the Power lift chair recliners, or bathroom safety items. You can first get a prescription from your doctor, then call Medicaid, or Medicare, and ask them who your "in-network provider" is. The insurance companies decide who they have contracts with.
We do carry some items, like Large button tv remotes, large display pill boxes and magnifying glasses. Most other items we can order for you.
Yes we do have wheelchairs rentals by the day, week, or month. We carry different sizes as well. Plus we have transport chairs, power scooters and power wheelchairs, all for rent and for sale. We are open 7 days a week.
