NEW COMPANY NAME SAME GARBAGE PHONE SUSTEM!! You can NEVER call and speak to a person, NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER,and NO ONE WILL EVER CALL YOU BACK. It’s like calling a government agency, you might wait 2 to 4 hours for someone to answer and if they do they’ll make you an appointment for sometime is 2025 if you are lucky. The appointment staff are so bad they have consistently scheduled the wrong types of appointment. If you go in person they will give you an appointment like normal but there is no actual phone number so if you I have test results and you miss their call you will NEVER EVER get a hold of someone. Bottom line their communication system is non existent and it’s clear they want it that way so save money. The company has potential but they push away customers with bad service.

Tried the telehealth visit. It cost the same as a full visit, but the doctor had a horrible bedside manner and refused to refill my prescription that I've been on for 12 yrs for more than 30 days. What a waste of my time and money. But let's face it...she got an hours pay for the 5 minute phone call and that's all that really mattered to her.

Great atmosphere, employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The reason I gave three stars due to time management, a patient should never have to wait over an hour to be seen especially when the office is not busy. There was a lady that became irritated and called an employee a foul name because she was there for over an hour and 15 minutes and she had an appointment. I arrived for my son's appointment at 1:45pm and the appointment was at 2:30pm. I arrived early because he was a new patient and I wanted to fill out all of the paperwork as a courtesy to the employees, I have a lot of patience but it was after 3pm and two individuals that came at 3:05pm checked in and were seen before my child was, I left because I didn't want to be late to work. It's okay, like everyone says "Better Luck Next Time".
