The desk staff were amazing and attentive to Amy of our concerns. The room was nice. The only downfall was the bathroom. It was small, the towels/face cloths were rough, and the toilet seat was broken. We had a problem with the tub/shower. When we turned the shower on the faucet wouldn't turn off and filled the tub. They were fast to attempt to correct this but needed a part.

The positives are the front staff Kirk was very friendly and helpful. For a continental breakfast it wasn't bad at all hot food and cereal and bagels not bad at all rooms were clean when we got here now a couple of the negatives we called downstairs for some help with this safe and the person at the desk who obviously was not Kurt basically said he didn't know how to work the safe or help us out with it and then on the other negative we've been here since Sunday night it's now Tuesday night and we're leaving Wednesday and housekeeping has yet to clean the room we had to get our own towels and stuff so that's the only two negatives but the last one that's a biggie

I’m not sure how anyone can give this Best Western a positive review. The hotel is tired and needs an update. The furnishings are old and worn and needs to be replaced. It appears that the owners won’t invest any money to keep hotel to a standard that most people expect. The bathroom floors were “sticky” and the shower walls were covered in long dark hair. GROSS. When I arrived the room was too warm so I tried the thermostat on the wall but nothing happened. I went directly to the air conditioner below the window and set the temp to low and the fan on high. After several hours, the temperature dropped 1 degree. Obviously, the guests do not have control of their room temperature. The breakfast was the only bright spot of my visit. After being disappointed with my stay, I was surprised by a decent breakfast. There are many other choices in the area. Give one of them a try.

We came in around 7pm. The desk workers were not helpful. They ended up having a list of food places but one was pushed at me like I should have known where to find it. We got to the room only to find there was no pillows blankets or sheets for the pull out. We went back downstairs and they had none. The sheets and blankets on the bed were bloodied and stained. We did not use them. When we came down in the morning the man at the desk was too busy to be bothered on a personal phone call in another language to bother help with the empty cold breakfast bar. What a total bummer. Do not Stay here ... No sink hot water, blow dryer broken. Lights that don't work. Flashing parking light in window.

Yeah they have a treadmill and a few weights and stuff, nothing major but if you really want to you'll , manage
