If I could give less stars I would! Hotel ran out of towels they collect your dirty towels, refuse to clean the rooms unless you are staying for 5 days. They ask you to put your dirty towels in the hallway but do not replace them. We are leaving at 5am and we don’t have any towels to clean ourselves after being at the park for 12 hours. Do not I repeat do not stay here. I’ve worked in hotels for over 12 years and not once have no towels been an issue. CoVid isn’t the reason why there isn’t any towels laziness and cheap hotel owners not willing to pay enough staff to make sure there is bright towels. Ran into a young lady working pass 6pm on our first stay and she told me how everyone left but she needs to get rooms done and was scared her boss will get her for staying extra. This is how you treat your hard working employees and your guest. Unbelievable!

This hotel is by far my favorite one in the area. Even though some hotels are a little cheaper in the surrounding areas, I will always pay a little extra for the great service, cleanliness, and comfort this hotel has to offer. I usually have a hard time sleeping but these beds are so comfortable that I’m able to sleep through the entire night. I rarely hear noise from other rooms/guests which is amazing. I love how this hotel is also pet friendly. This hotel is the most modern and updated one I’ve seen in the area and it’s in a great location which is close to everything.

I had a great stay. The hotel was located very close to Hershey and we got to enjoy two days at the attractions. A lot of restaurants are nearby and we quickly found a favorite, Gilligans where we at both nights of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean.

Stayed 5 days and loved it. Friendly staff, clean and modern. Beat hotel in a very long time. Had a 1-bedroom King suite and it was fabulous. The last night (a weekend) someone was smoking heavily in their room located somewhere near my room so I reported it. Management was apologetic but couldn't do anything until the offending guest(s) left. And that same night, a large Pitbull was outside and "leashed" but the dog was far from and unattached to the owner. The dog charged me and my puppy while I was walking her. The owners yelled that his dog wouldn't bite, but I couldn't trust that so had to pick up my 40-pound puppy and pray that we weren't badly hurt. Luckily, the owners reached the dog just as it reached us so I received only a glancing chomp on my pants. I also reported this and the owner was going to receive a warning. Those two items couldn't overshadow the good things about this place so I'd go back anytime. Would love a guest laundry room since 5 days is a long time.
