Those are great and the location was perfect for what we were doing. However the room was a little dirty stains stickiness and some of the counter space like it wasn’t even cleaned TV remote for the living room was missing we later found it stuffed in the sofa cushions. Breakfast was not being refilled during peak times you would think they would have that kind of stuff ready to go out when needed.

This is a great place to stay. Conveniently located and well kept hotel. We were able to check in early and given plenty of coffee. The breakfast staff was very helpful and made sure you had what you needed. I will definitely visit again!!

Positive: Loved the fact that it was next door to the venue we were attending. Negative: Pool underconstruction was not informed had i known would have changed hotels. Also rates have not decreased on rooms but less care is provided to guests. no cleaning or refresh while you stay. each day have to ask for towels.

Ran a bath to soak in on my second night and before I got in the tub, I saw that there was chunks of black mold in floating in the water. I immediately cancelled my last day and night at the hotel. I was told that any cancellations without 24 hrs notice couldn’t be refunded. I will never stay there again. The room I booked wasn’t very nice for the price, small and no room service. Breakfast was bland and the dining area was very crowded. Only one set of elevators that were dirty with fingerprints all over the panel and dirt and pine shavings in the carpet. The windows were so dirty you could hardly see out the window but the only view I had was of streets and a dumpster. Pool was closed and no gym either. Will never stay there again.
