I had a bad experience here... THEY assume ( because I am black) that I had loud music and parties and drug's in my room...smhh

Well first off they assume because I figure Im black so it was myself playing loud music and being disrespectful to the other tenants their so i got called to the office and threatened to have to leave after I paid for the week ....now once she was informed that it in fact wasnt me she said and I repeat...ok just go to your room...smhh...poor place.

Two stars for the front desk staff being the redemption. Was going to stay here check in was simple and easy. Then got to my room to find the bedding was dirty and stained. It had debris on it like someone rolled around the parking lot then sat on the bed. The women at the front desk was very kind, and courteous and apologized profusely and got me a new top sheet. When she saw it even she commented "that's disgusting". When I went to replace it the other layers of the bedding had this debris in it, I drew the line here and asked for a refund. It's disappointing because I have stayed here a few times in the past and while the rooms were obviously worn it was always clean. The front desk staff was very kind and compassionate, and took care of the situation promptly. So I guess staying here is kind of a dice roll.

Dear hotel owner / manager, If I have Covid, it’s because of you. You have a responsibility to keep your visitors safe and comfortable. Truth be told, the bed was comfortable, but I slept fitfully knowing that I was putting my health in your hands and you didn’t deserve it. Your rooms and grounds are filthy, filthy, filthy, and you know it. For years you have replied to reviews online, saying you’ll tell your “housekeeping staff right away”, feigning surprise and concern. You should fire your cleaning staff because they don’t know what they are doing or they are knowingly endangering your guests. To the person considering staying here: Consider this the sort of place where you’d go if there is no other option aside from a shelter or sleeping on the street. You’ll likely find places that are better than this that cost less. We spent one night there when all other options were exhausted - unfortunately, there was a major concert at Hershey, so everything else in our budget was sold out. The room smelled of smoke and mildew, and the floor, bath, sink, counter, mirror, fridge were all visibly dirty (not just stained). To make the experience a little more bearable, I spent 20 minutes cleaning the bathroom, hence the picture of the dirty towels. I slept wearing a surgical mask.
