This entire service was a headache. I ordered two products one arrangement and a tea sampler. The arrangement was delivered on the estimated day(before mothers day chaos) then the tea was completely forgotten... Not even sent out on the truck with the arrangement. I had to call to find out what happened. They told me that it would be delivered the next day. The next day while I was at work, I got a call saying the item that was forgotten was still not delivered and would have to be delivered on a business day (that monday). I explained to them that my mother was busy working from home that day and just to leave the package in front of the door, knock and be on their way. The person that I spoke to told me that they are still enforcing contactless deliveries and that is how they typically deliver their packages. Instead the delivery driver knocked on the door, waited for her to open, and took a secret non-disclosed photograph for no reason whatsoever. If anything the driver should have taken a picture of the arrangement at the door with the apartment number on the door as proof, before they knocked on the door. It would have been much more appropriate. I understand they may use a third party delivery service but they need to communicate and all be on the same page. I thought this was all very unprofessional

I went on Valentines day to get my Chocolate covered strawberries in the cup and they double charged me . I called them I sent in my bank statement showing that they double charge me they still said they couldn't find it And only show one charge and for me to contact my bank. This was very poor business practice. I did get my money back by my bank dispute. Will not go here again.

This was my first time ordering an Edible Arrangement and it was a great experience all around. The recipient said they recieved a text ahead of time and it was delivered nicely wrapped on-time. She said the fruit is delicious too.

Yes. Give them as much notice as possible, particularly if you mean 20+ separate arrangements/boxes as opposed to one arrangement that would feed 20+ people. If you do decide to call in and place an order, ask for Susannah!
