Extremely pleased with this Best Western Plus location. The staff is attentive. The rooms and common areas were kept clean. I want to say thank you to entire staff. You were great from check in to check out thanks for doing a great job. We will be back to stay again for sure.

Wife and I needed a place to crash while our new home was being prepared. Staff was all very kind and let us check in a few hours early after a 28 hour drive. Room was great for the rate, I've stayed at places twice as expensive that were half as good. Breakfast was good too.

First off the staff at the front desk was not very friendly and did not make us feel welcome. The room heat was set on high and full blast so when we walked in it was sweltering hot and it took a while for it to cool down. We then noticed the room was not very clean. It also smelled awful in the bathroom and the smell leaked into the main room. There was a dirty sock laying on the shelf with the towels in the bathroom, and red and black stains on the back of the bathroom door that were questionable on what they were from, as the red looked like blood, as well as hair on the door and trash on the floor. The shower looked old and not very clean. There was no microwave which was really disappointing as we had leftover food to heat up, and usually even the bare minimum hotel rooms will have a microwave. There was a very small mini fridge that was old with the seal cracked. The curtains on the window had white crusty stuff on them as well as black mold. There was also black mold in the vents of the air conditioning unit. The ceiling had black mold on it as well. The bed box frame was ratty and stained, and there wasn't even a bed skirt to cover it. The beds were also very uncomfortable. I thought I would save a little money by choosing Best Western, never again will I make that mistake. I have pictures off all of this as well.

First room they gave me wasn’t clean; like the cleaning service just missed it I guess. When I went down to ask for another room they made me feel like I was the problem and should of just sealed with it. The second room had mold in the bathroom and blood on the comforter. So I just took that off the bed and sleep with my jacket as my blanket instead of asking for a clean room again since the front desk was so rude. All of that was overlooked until I realized they charged me $1022.00 for 1 night for the room instead of the $70 that was on my receipt. And now instead of fixing it right away I have to call my bank, best western customer service and who knows who else to dispute that charge. Which could take I don’t know how long. I would say I was better off sleeping in a vehicle or an underpass.
