Lovely gardens, set alongside the river. And the riverwalk itself is just wonderful and looong.

The best time to go is during the last few weeks of April. That’s when the trees are fully in bloom and petals are covering the ground. I went on April 22. By the riverside, there’s beautiful yellow flowers. The only complaint I have is that sometimes there’s a foul stench of flowers.

I think you do need to get permission from the city in order to marry there. I'll not sure but I think the only parking would be street parking.
