Well I am Not sure if we can do any personal events here as it’s looks like it’s a Public place but no harm in checking around
It surrounds a lake and there is no guardrail. Not a place I would take young children who are learning to ride a bike given the possibility that they could fall in.
Park on 3rd street and walk down the hill or you can park next to lake on opposite side. Thank you for asking I am the park Ranger for the City of Harrisburg.
