Where are you supposed to park? I drove around for a half an hour trying to find parking. Finally I ended up parking down the road on green street and I wasn't even sure if I parked legally

Park on 3rd street and walk down the hill or you can park next to lake on opposite side. Thank you for asking I am the park Ranger for the City of Harrisburg.
