This was an obscenely annoying visit. I went there to get a piece of dirt removed from underneath my eyelid. I arrived early for my appointment and did not see the doctor until an hour after my scheduled time. Meanwhile I was given eye tests and exams, and dilation. I explained that I did t want these procedures and to just lift my eyelid and check to see if something is there. I should have just done it myself. The worst part is, after finally seeing Dr. V, she lifted my eyelid and whatever was there fell out. Instant relief. However, the doc said I had a stye and needed medication and a follow up. She didn’t see the speck that was stuck in there when it fell out. I’ve had this issue in the past and at a different office I was in and out in 15 minutes. This was an hour and a half ordeal. Instead of sending the prescription to my pharmacy like I told them, they sent it to some company that delivers prescriptions. The cherry on top of all this is the affixed sign in the welcome area. This is a huge sign that shows the company’s “vision”. It’s got two major typos on it. It’s frankly hysterical that no one would notice. I pointed it out to a few workers. I’m attaching a photo.

I thought the staff and Dr mittleman was excellent. All the staff was knowledgeable and accurate. Dr mittleman was very thorough on exam. Explained my diagnosis clearly so I could understand everything. Very professional. This was my first visit to office. Sheila Goddard

Very disappointed. Had an exam last week and made it very clear I would be back to get new glasses but not today when my eyes were dilated. Went in today to order 2 new glasses. Was told my prescription was not in the computer because they didn’t do a refraction. Another appointment and another $$$. Don’t appreciate 1/2 an appointment!!
