Sometime it be quite and sometime next be very noisy and the apartment on the second floor under hammer all time of night and early in the morning around 5:30am and next door to me with the dog he barks all the time they play music loud until I hit the wall and going up and down those stairs is a problem because my legs hurts because I have arthritis and lungs problem and when I go up and down those stairs I have to take a break because it mess with my breathing and I have back pain but other than that I have to stay here keep up the good work mantance
