Very dissatisfied especially with the office staff, I have been living in this place for two months, I have spoken with them on several occasions and they solve absolutely NOTHING, I do not recommend this place to anyone to live

I looooovveeee living here. The community it peaceful and well kept. The office staff is amazing.. the maintenance men are pleasant n complete request in timely manners… the rent kinda high, but it’s worth it. Trash is picked up on scheduled dates. The pride in making sure the community is upkept is amazing… I wish they could do something ab all these spiders, cuz they love the community as much as we do they are everywhere.. I’m just gonna say if you choose to live here you won’t regret it.

The apartments aren't all renovated but overall fair condition. The duck problem has gotten better and the community overall has gotten better since Diana became property manager. Her and Renee definitely have more order and a general concern for the property/residents in comparison to the other management teams I've seen over the years. Once you get over the fact that this is still a business, overall not a terrible experience. As long as you pay your rent on time and mind your business it is peaceful. Never really had problematic or obnoxious neighbors.
