Does anyone know where Dr. Jean-Pierre has relocated. Initially, I was ecstatic to be serviced by Associates MD, specifically Dr. Jean-Pierre, however, since her departure, the staff, service and overall experience has been lackluster to say the least. I am currently searching for Dr. Jean-Pierre or another physician I fully trust with my health concerns. If anyone can point me in the direction of her new offices or has any suggestions, please let me know via this post.

Made an appointment for an appointment to get forms filled from Dr. Jean-Pierre. Waited 2 hours to be seen only for the doctor to tell me she's not signing my paperwork. She didn't ask anything about my personal. She is a terrible doctor every three months she does the bare minimum. Her suggestions are unrealistic. She is not understanding at all. She recommended I eat 2 boiled eggs and broccoli my last visit for breakfast. I was also charged a co pay to get forms filled out that the doctor refuses to sign. The staff is nice but the physician shouldn't even hold that title at all.

My wife and myself have been seeing Dr. H. since she first started practicing which has been over 20yrs. We would not think of ever seeing another pcp. If our insurance would not accept her then we'd switch ins. providers. Dr. H is thorough and does not leave anything to chance. She is caring and always on top of things. The entire staff including Francis and Kimmy are extremely competent and make you feel like family. Good luck to Valerie who is replacing Lisa. My wife and I are truly blessed to have this wonderful crew overseeing our healthcare. You are all the greatest and we are lucky to have each other.

My last visit for my father was very difficult having to wait almost an hour with only one other patient waiting to be seen. Just very disappointed!! This response came from an emotional response to having had a difficult day. Certainly want to say this was an isolated occurrence and my dad and mom has been a patient of Dr. Harracksingh for many years and she is absolutely amazing! She is caring and doesn’t miss a thing! We are so very grateful. Kim has always been their for support and questions! Can only say how grateful we are to Dr. Harracksingh and her entire staff.
