Decent place for the price we paid. Clean rooms, spacious and comfortable. Beds were medium firm, good pillows and comforters. Also, the front desk was very friendly, helpful and ensured all the customer needs were addressed. Continental breakfast was also good with cheerios, cornflakes, sausages, egg, bread, Bagels, coffee, juice, tea and hot cocoa along with yogurt, waffles and pancakes. Easy access to most places around, especially freeway, Hersheypark and Chocolate world. Overall, good experience!

In Summary, this hotel is just old. That's what other reviewers are mentioning too. This hotel is good for the price if you are just crashing here for nights sleep. While service, people are great, I would skip this hotel for any alternatives. Choice hotels - it's time to upgrade this hotel.

Excellent location and easy to get to after a very long drive. Great stay before heading out to another long drive to reach final destination. Love this hotel.

It’s no 3 star hotel but it’s fine for the price. You’re getting what you pay for basically. It’s a place to stay that’s got clean beds and free breakfast that was actually pretty good for an average hotel. The place is definitely basic and outdated, there were multiple giant holes in the ceiling outside, and it didn’t feel fully safe because the surrounding area was dark at night but the staff were friendly. The two biggest issues were our shower wouldn’t stop running, and we had no COLD water, so we had to take extremely hot showers. At least the AC worked. We told the front staff the next morning and while they were nice they didn’t seem to care. Wouldn’t stay again but it was the best option for 12AM
