I called in at morning to make sure if they would print my tax transcripts, phone(voice recorded) said no live support. Anyway drove there from Granada Hills, lady there told me you need to go to Van Nuys location for your tax transcripts prints. Can you at least post that on your website that you don't provide such and such services, so people don't return with frustration.

no they don't, the closest location for payment would be van nuys

I need to get a copy of my 2018 tax returns. Can I walk in and get that? Or can I ask for that now and make an appointment to pick it up?I moved from Florida a year ago to Cal. Are you open on Saturday?

Not at Woodland Hills. That is am exam site only. We have walk in offices in Van Nuys, Camarillo, and Los Angeles. An appointment is recommended this time of year. The contract information is in the lobby at Woodlad Hills. I do not have it with me.
