Microwave quit while cooking my popcorn but was replaced quickly after alerting the front desk. Shower room sink light failed my last night, but all in all room and bed was to my liking. The employees were very courteous. Breakfast could use a biscuit and gravy morning sometime during the week.

Horrible stay. I booked two rooms for a one night stay. One room had blood on the sheets and was given an attitude when asked for new sheets. The woman at the desk said she was by herself so no one could bring us sheets. We ended up remaking the bed ourselves and there was stuff on the mattress. (Don’t even want to venture a guess as to what it was!) The phone was broken so we had to go to the second room to call the front desk. In the second room, the shower door wasn’t sealed all the way so the floor flooded when we showered. The extremely heavy door was off track and I asked for them to come fix it. Jennapher at the front desk barely acknowledged my existence when I asked. When we came back 7 1/2 hrs later, no one even attempted to fix it. The hotels solution was to give us two king rooms (there were 7 of us!). They wanted us to move all our stuff at 1 am!! The next morning I talked to the guy at the checkout and he said the maintenance man is shared between 4 hotels. I get being short handed but in 7 1/2 hrs they wouldn’t fix a door? It wouldn’t have been a huge deal if four of us didn’t have to shower - three had to stay on the opposite side of the room while the other one showered. Please trust your gut and read the reviews. I wish I did!!! I’d give it zero stars if that was an option.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway for our family. We looked for a place with an indoor pool. We were hesitant about the pool because the water was very cloudy. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. We ended up swimming anyways and a few days after getting home both of my children were diagnosed with hand foot and mouth. I think the pool needs to be managed a lot better! It didn’t seem like anyone even monitored the area while we were there. We will not return to any spring hill suites.

Clean and spacious, the rest was lacking. With the exception of Laura the one shining star here. Nothing to choose from in the pantry, gave me an occupied room, the bar/cafe was closed the second night, no shuttle service although they advertise it has one and just not that welcome feeling I get when I've stayed at other Marriott properties. Certainly not terrible, but just not the quality I've grown accustomed to with Marriot.

It was 11 but ask for an extension at the front desk. Usually they are pretty good about extending.
