Negative: Our first room had a strong menthol smell. The second room A/C didn¿t work so we had to go back to the 1st smelly room. The staff didn¿t give us another room or help. The hallways didn¿t have A/C and had a stale smell. i wouldn¿t recommend it

Not impressed AT ALL with this place. A complete ripoff. Checked in at 2am one night with one other adult and was told the room would be $150. Checked out and left at 10:30am the same day. 2 days later my card was charged $175. I called and they said the room was actually $159 (not what I was told when I checked in!!!) and the extra $16 was a tax fee. $175 for 8 hours in one hotel room. The room itself isn’t even that nice to be charging that high. Don’t go here.

Clean, great staff, nice clean rooms. I have been staying here for 15 plus years. The name has changed but the hotel remains the same. Updated clean, nice rooms. SAFE..at least I have always felt that way about it.

The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived, however, was taken care promptly. Dog hair and stains on the couch, and the tub was dirty. Dust on top of everything, all furniture tops not dusted in probably years. The cleaning maintenance crew needs some training and improvement!! It was a Decent room for the cost. We purchased the king room with sitting area and spa jacuzzi. Continental breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Everything worked in the room, with exception to the shower head, and the staff was very polite. Only one setting on the shower head worked, but jacuzzi jets functioned fine. Overall a good and very affordable weekend getaway experience.
