1. Room was nasty 2. Towels had crunchy stuff on it 3. Bed was horrible 4. Had to go out and get my own sheets and quilts bc the ones from hotel were all burnt up 5. Boogies on wall 6. Bugs in room 7. Fire department was outside making noise til 1 am 8 state troopers kept following guests around parking lot 9. People were in hall blasting music and yelling at 5 am 10. My 11 year old found a crack pipe in the tissue box. I could keep going but I'll never step foot in this place again I rather sleep in a car

Positive: The bathroom was very clean . Negative: The non- smoking room WAS a smoking room. I found a lighter near the bed. There were ANTS on ¿a built-in at the refr. & micro. The mgr,ANDY, Would not take my calls. Staff repeatedly told me he was not in yet & ex- tremly busy. No Phone on!

My stay was very enjoyable! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Front desk Man (night shift) is awesome. his customer service is fabulous , . The only "complaint" would be wholes In blanket. But I wasn't upset at it, it was a smoking room. That happens... I've been to terrible Terrible places before but this place is very nice for small and short trips.

Positive: Never stayed. The room was so dirty I checked out immediately. Tried calling customer service twice and was told they would call me back. Never did. I took pictures and I want a refund for that reservation. I booked at the Holiday Inn Express. Negative: Hotel hallways smelled, the room was dirty and smelled terrible. I checked out immediately and I want a refund. I took pictures to back up claim for the refund.
