Very bad hotel/management. I would like to start by talking about the service. I requested them multiple times to clean our room but they did not do it. Then the breakfast did not had much options for the people who don't eat pork. They should include some alternative foods for the people who don't eat pork. Lastly the rooms were small and the bathrooms were very tiny and weird. Overall a terrible experience. We will not be coming back to this particular hotel.

My husband and I recently stayed at the hotel. The staff was warm and helpful. I was in a wheelchair and when it became apparent that I would benefit from a room with a couch, we were quickly moved to another room on the same floor that had one. The room was very nice and the bed was quite comfortable. We also visited The Tap Room and enjoyed great food, drinks and Jazz. overall a wonderful time with service that went above and beyond from the housekeeping staff and Bell Hops to the front desk and managers we will definitely stay here again.

Manager refused to allow me cancel my reservation after I was informed and provided proof of having Covid. He said the policy was that I had to pay $150, and it didn’t matter if I had Covid. Manager willing puts their guests and employees at risk by allowing Covid positive guests to stay at the hotel. There should be a policy specifically for Covid cases. There should be some understanding and adjustments made to protect its employees and guests. I booked through Priceline/booking.com. They were very willing to allow me to cancel the reservation but the hotel manager said no.
