This is a friendly place to stay and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is great and works to accommodate all requests. The staff was great in the fact that my visit to an ill relative turned to a death and I extended my stay. An extended stay resulted in not much housekeeping in the room but if I needed anything they provided it.

Clean room, convenient location, worn/run down. Hotel is not in the best shape - elevator was out of service, pool was out of commission, flooring is worn/stained, some doors were broken and missing handles, window shades were broken and off tracks. Breakfast is reminiscent of a gas station convenience store - prepackaged foods and shrink wrapped items. Room was clean but the bed was lumpy, the walls are very thin (could clearly hear conversations next door), and there was no closet - just some hangers on a wall behind a curtain. Staff were pleasant though not super friendly. Neighbors were noisy and we were woken up several times during the night.

Honestly, I’m not one to even write a review, but I was so annoyed. First of all, the pool is closed. As for the room, the bedsheets were both stained, the shower handle was not working whatsoever (took us about 10 minutes to get the shower on and yes we did let the concierge know in which she said “just keep turning the knob), and the room had a weird stench to it. Breakfast was not bad compared to other hotels.

Positive: The layout of the room was great, and it was very clean. Negative: The pool was unexpectedly closed. There was no hot water in the entire hotel. Come to find out, there had been no hot water the week before either. Nothing was fixed during our stay. Our room door also did not ever latch shut.
