Im glad I sold my trailer and bought a real home.. The Lot rent is outrageous and the roads are torn up! You now have to pay for gravel and since Ralph (rip) isn't here anymore the place has gone down hill. They let anyone move in. There's cat's and dogs running around everywhere and there's trash in a lot of yards. Ralph would never let his park get ran down this bad ever!!!

Yes there are houses avalible but if You want to get more information you can go to ask in their Office Over their you can get more information and the requiariments

Village green mobile home. Is nice place. U have to see up the phone number its in phone book.
