Drove through here recently to visit a family member and this location needs to be cleaned up! The property owners need to care just a little bit more about their residents. Just because people are low income does not mean that you can treat the residents like this. And it's not ok to have falling down trailers everywhere and not keeping up on maintenance. That's a safety concern especially for the children in the neighborhood. Very disappointed in how the property is being managed. Dare I say slumlords 🤷♀️

Yes but they charge an extra deposit for the pets. Not sure if it's a one time only pet deposit or if it's a monthly charge, included in your rent.

I wouldn't ever rent from them again , they cook their books and office people steal rent money and then say your behind on rent most of them are invested with bed bugs and mold but if you wanted to rent id say they would
