If I could give them negative stars I would. I have never had such poor customer experience. They ordered me the wrong size dress based on the measurements I sent for my cousins wedding. I received a size 18 in the mail and when they checked the measurements I sent they claimed that someone did make a mistake and they would have likely sized me in a 10 or 12. The best they could do to fix THEIR MISTAKE was send me the sample size 14 they had in the store. At this point I was paying hundreds of dollars for a dress that was still 2 sizes too big plus massive amounts of tailoring. I asked that they refund me the cost of the dress or pay for my alterations since the issue was due to a mistake they made. They proceeded to tell me that they already went above and beyond for me. I wouldn’t say that sending what you have in stock which is still too big is “above and beyond” I spoke with the manager, Lucy many times. She was nice and tried her best but what it boiled down to was the greedy owner who was not willing to take ownership of the issue that was caused by HER STAFF. She preferred to place the financial burden on me. She was very unresponsive. Really really really disappointing. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Mistakes are normal and they happen, but the way this team made their mistake my problem both in finding a solution and financially in unacceptable. Do not shop here!!! Rude, disrespectful and did not follow through with commitment on pre-ordered wedding attire. Due to their failure to provide my apparel for my wedding party. I had to make major changes and had no time or anything in the desired wm color scheme planned. Would not recommend

Love it so much! Went in looking for a purple dress. Val suggested I try white and first white dress I tried on, I fell in love with. First shopping trip was a success!

I came in for a bridal appointment and was greeted then told “there’s seats over there”, right off the bat I felt unwelcome so me and my bridesmaid found a seat. 10 minutes later the same girl came and found us and asked me what style of dresses I was interested in so I told her then she handed me ribbons and told me “size and price are on the tag” and then left the room. She was very rushed and worried more about what she looked like than about helping me find a dress. She asked me maybe 2 questions about my wedding and nothing else she was uninterested to say the least. My bridal party stepped in and took over for her finding me dresses and belts to add because she just practically just stood there. I was never measured or talked to about pricing or payment options and my stylist was in and out of the room every couple minutes looking at the rest of the store. I told her I wanted sleeves and she kept bringing either no sleeves or tiny straps that sleeves couldn’t be added to. It seems she needs to stay over on the prom size or retrained for bridal. I was unsatisfied with my experience after driving an hour and a half.
