Excellent customer service with purchase choice and final pickup of our beautiful new grill. The sales woman, Susie was very informative and the very funny and really helpful man in the delivery area was equally informative of the usage of our new grill. All around a great experience!

Immediate recognition from the front desk. Referred to a specialist, Suzie. Very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. She was very patient and answered all our questions. Gave us time to sit and view available products. She checked on Energy rebates for us and came up with a $250 credit. We chose a fireplace we liked and she made the referral to the installer, All Fuel. All FUEL called and set up a date for estimator to come out. We returned the next week to talk with Suzie and found that she was on vacation. Travis took us under wing and helped us review our choice of fireplaces. We discussed pros and cons of different products and he spent an hour with us, even though Suzie was the agent we were dealing with, he was great. He looked up the information that Suzie had entered the week before and e mailed a copy of her quote to us. Great people to deal with. Currently awaiting install estimate before placing an order. Update June 23rd, 2022 NW called to let us know the fireplace was ready to be picked up. Suzie had the warehouse burn off the stove for us which eliminated the smell at-home. This worked great and we have had no smell. Although the staff works on commission all were willing to help us when Suzie wasn't there. The service was excellent and I would go there again. Thank you to all the staff and Suzie for a positive experience. We did use our own installer, Accurate Installers in Battle Ground, as we had some special issues to deal with. They did a great job.

They had terrible communication. They never told me that I have to pay the the delivery and hook up the new dual range for 300 dollars in adavance. I asked Christine many times, she said she will take care of it and gave me a delivery number. But She never mentioned the delivery and hoop up were not included . I also paid 2000 dollars for new gas line and water line for this range from the other contractor. .Because Christine didn't provide the clear installation documents, Rey with The delivery company that is NW Natural cooperated suggested said he told Christine many times regarding the unclear inforamtoin of the anti-tip bracket for the past time. But I never got the detail document about anti-tip bracket when I bought the range , so the Rey had to come to adjust the bracket twice. That was so time consuimg and money spending. It is not a good experiecne at NW Natural Appliance Center.

When we went to NW Natural Appliance Center a couple of months ago we met with Christine who provided us with good information on fireplace inserts which helped us make a decision that would work in our fireplace. We placed our order and finally had it installed this week. We are very happy with the customer service we received and are really enjoying our insert. I would definitely recommend NW Natural Appliance.

Northwest Natural Gas should be the one who comes out and inspect your gas lines...if you think you have a leak or old pipes whomever you pay your bill to for your gas line is who you should call first and if they are not helpful call Northwest Natural Gas, absolutely call...
Home Depot carries Nest & so does lowes & best buy...Best Buy will be your best place for information. In my experience, BestBuy had the most knowledgeable representatives who actually took a lot of time to explain Nest and its product line. I bought Nest from Home Depot and got a small explanation but realized I needed a little more help and Home Depot didn't have the help that I needed, and that's when I called Best Buy and they told me everything I needed to know... I went to BestBuy to get an upgrade part and they explained all the difference things about all the different products Nest has, how they work, how to install them, how to load the app to your phone, how to interact with them... highly recommend that route. Good luck on your journey!
There are several different kinds of gas fireplaces. Is it the built-in kind, or is it retrofit into an existing wood burning fireplace?
