My daughter, was seen and they told her she had an ear infection and immediately put her on antibiotics. The NP told her you need to see an ENT because you're an adult and shouldn't have ear infections. Contacted the ENT office and went the following day for an appointment, they did a thorough look and asked why was my daughter there and she said the NP said I should come. Guess what? The doctor looked very thorough and said you don't have an ear infection and now because of what they did when you really need an antibiotic it won't work for you because of your history. Shame on you Garnet Health!!!!

Horrible. Asked me what doses I should be on. Sent the wrong prescriptions over.

Don't think so

If my son has no current medical insurance can I bring him in with proof of my income and he can still be seen if we're qualified?

The urgent Care does not process a person's eligibility. If a person qualities the hospital will give you a form to present when being seen and the urgent care will accept it as a form of insurance.

What kind of urgent care facility sends patients in obvious need of antibiotics back home with no script?? Patients who can no longer hear or see or walk? This place. Where pcps disregard your complaints bc it's Monday and their hung over

The physicians are the best! Antibiotics are not always the answer and they would be doing a disservice if they give antibiotics if its not going to make you better. I can guarantee if you couldn't hear, see or walk you would have been sent to the hospital for further care. Attacking their character because you didn't get what you wanted is very sad.
