My aunts viewing was supposed to be at 11:00 AM US EST. It is now 2:15pm US EST and my aunt has still not arrived her to be viewed. The funeral home is saying she is in route, which she has been in route since 11:00 am. My aunt isn't a UPS package, she is a wife, mother and sister and this funeral home refuses to tell us where she is and not one person has apologized or said one kind word to the family. To add insult to injury they started to ignore my cousin's phone calls, my aunts daughter so much she had to call from a number with a different area code to get them to answer. The amount of unprofessionalism is staggering. So if you don't care where your family member ends up then this is the right place for you.

The two Gentlemen that came to pick up my moms body from Hospice was very professional, had a caring nature, and was very patient with my family as we said our goodbyes. The lady Pam (may have her name wrong) that handles the business side I really Have mixed feelings about. We went to meet with her to make sure everything was in order. I spoken to her previously on the phone and provided her with all the information she asked for. She confirmed the information at the table however she submitted for the death certificate and fail to provide my mother's SSN. My dad is now having problems getting a few things in order because of no SSN on it. When my dad presented the issue back to her she told him he had to pay for them to resubmit it/correct it because she was never provided the SSN and someone was suppose to get back to her. I Personally provided it to her and she read it to us at the meeting. In the meeting when family members asked questions about services, she made comments about not being paid yet. We went there with full payment and was prepared to pay. Because my mom was not yet cremated and they didn't know how long before she was cleared, I thought she was waiting for the clearance. Everything summed up communication was not the best and they would not be my first choice. I recieved amazing services from other funeral home in the past (from beginning to end) and would probably go with one of them. That was the only issue that kept me from giving 5 stars.
