Be extremely careful with this store, they opened an unauthorized business account. Currently I’m spending my own personal time to fix an issue that shouldn’t ever happened in the first place. We came to this store to get a family plan and unite our home and cellular services. We had T-Mobile and did not have any issues with them, we simply wanted everything under one account. The sales associate at this store opened a business account instead, we trusted them to do what we asked but instead we get the surprise a few weeks later that we’ve had a business account set up. Now we’re dealing with this issue and I don’t know how much time it will take to fix this issue. Avoid places like this one at all costs, double check everything and don’t trust them with your personal information. Please note this is an authorized retailer for Att we simple went there because they’re less than 3 minutes from our house. Advise to people that come here double triple check everything or plain and simply avoid this place at all costs. Avoid Go to an actual Att owned store
