Still waiting on an order of oversized cardboard. My tracking says it's been in store over a week yet when I called they said it wasn't there yet. Will be going to the store to straighten this out. Huge disappointment. I don't know if I will do the ship to store option ever again.

I went in early one morning looking to replace a printer/scanner that had died in my office. I was immediately greeted and was taken right to the printers where I found what I was looking for to be in-stock and without piles of dust on top of the box. They then rolled out a hand-truck and wheeled it to the counter where I paid for it and they then wheeled it out to my vehicle in 8F degree weather..loaded it in for me and thanked me again. Really great experience. I won't shop anyplace else for my office supplies.

I'm the kinda guy who doesn't need customer service. I go in, I walk around. I find what I need. If I don't I go somewhere else. Staples is great for people like me. If you want tech repair, printing or price matching. There are other stores and sites. This is a great get in get out kinda place

I was able to get the item, I was looking for. An associate did help me, regarding the correct size. The cashier was very professional and pleasant. Glad I made it into this Staples. Came out very satisfied. Have been there before, and will definitely go back again.
