Completely disappointed to go into this store (as I always have) and had about 6 or 7 bras in my hand to purchase only to be told that I cannot try them on. But every other store in the mall allowed me to.. so guess what victoria secrete... the other stores got my hundreds of dollars worth of sales. I will not ever return to these stores.. you want people to spend redicous amounts of money but they can't try them on?! Well its a good thing because I found a ton of bras from other stores for way less money and they let me try them on.. so now they will get my buisness.. thanks for nothing victoria secrett!

I love VS. I mainly only buy the sprays and lotions but I love love love it. I went in there today just to exchange a spray and a lotion for 2 lotions. The prices are a bit high but whatever. Cant wait to go back!! ;)

The staff is very nice. Try to get the name of who helps you because at the register they do ask. It might help the workers out. It is a bit expensive, but the deals are nice. I also wish they carried bigger cup sizes in store for lingerie.

A wide collection of clothes and scents. Most are undergarments , many of which are sensual and attractive. They are divided in several rooms. Service is not always with enough people, but those who are there are knowledgeable and helpful. The number of cashiers is inconsistent. But those who are there are capable and competent. Thet have very good marketing and frequent sales. Their replacement policy is very good. I recommend it highly.
