Marshall's always has a great selection of stuff. We were shopping for an ottoman they didn't have a style we were looking for but had some other great items

The cashier I had today was not pleasant. Didn’t greet with a “hi how are you?” I had a full carriage and instead she says returns or purchases? (Everything is clearly new and unopened also) During the transaction, as I was about to reach for my bag off the register to put in my carriage like I would normally do at any Marshall’s/homegoods store, she grips onto the bag and tells me that I can’t grab my bag until I pay for my purchase. She says it’s a rule. I shop at Marshall’s all of the time and not once have I heard of this rule nor seen it going on around today with the other cashiers checking out their customers right next to me. I would understand that it could be a rule but gripping it while I’m about to put in the carriage like any other normal person would do was just so uncalled for.

The maneger ring my items in home good and she used defamation give me hard time and is not the first time and the cup is for Christmas tree store that cashier and manager is very nice that I give Christmas tree store five star
