I find myself here looking for something specific every few months that I need right away. And I'm frustrated and annoyed by it each time. The prices are inflated and selection is often limited but they usually at least have the thing I need. BUT: if you're going to shop here, price match EVERYTHING. And especially price match to their own website. Stuff online can be 10-20% cheaper on Staples.com than it is in the store. And this isn't just a few things, this is most of the store. Each time I've had to do this the cashier or manager act surprised and somewhat annoyed that I'm asking but it shouldn't be like this in the first place. You can also order online for store pickup too, to save some of the hassle, if you don't need to see the thing to confirm it's what you're looking for. Overall the store is fine but heir pricing policies are complete garbage. I shop here only as a last resort.
