Sadly the current state is very different than reflected in the reviews.we looked for a place to get breakfast and coffee, and discovered they had nothing to eat except the breakfast burrito. Apparently due to not having enough customers, they don't stock up on anything, nout even pastries. Giving them the benefit of the doubt with 3 stars, as we just left. If you only want coffee, maybe they are fine. These are tough times in this very run down neighborhood, but putting the review here so others don't make the same mistake. I hope this is temporary and they will be able to get back to past glory...

Amazing breakfast experience! We had a great time chatting with the owner and checking out the art. The house roasted coffee (drip coffee and decaf americano) and breakfast burrito were so good.

Lets just say this has been one of the best Saturdays Ive had downtown in a LONG while. The CBD add-on option is a must! I recommend 10mg for rec users, as it was an extremely meditative, full body experience. The caffeine & CBDs work in a weird synergy that is calming and stimulating at the same time. I will be making this a weekend treat from now on!

This place is pretty cool. Their coffee is great and they have pastries. They also offer Gem Gluten Free pastries.

If you want the full experience yes. COVID made it difficult for them.

This business is closed. The sign on the door didn't have a reopening date.

Is there nearby parking

Depending on time of day, there is adequate street, lot and walk, parking, otherwise, honestly, it could be a hike. If coming from another part of town, leave your car there, the MAX is wayyy cheaper than parking prices, and drops you off almost at doorstop on red/blue lines. Have fun!
