No way River Point gets my money. I've been apartment shopping since May. Save your time & money. I've driven through & asked residents about the conditions & management responses 4 times since May. This company is selling amenities they don't provide. No Jacuzzi, a dark green swimming pool & hot tub issues. The pool & hot tub & mosquito growth in the pool makes for solid chance of West Nike, etc. The grounds are poorly kept & the dumpster is broken & is surrounded by 2 extra parking spots with trash causing a likely rodent issue & is a definite eye sore. This is dishonest & badly managed property. I don't need to call & talk to you but your residents deserve a rent discount & a new manager.

How about offering us a discount for not being able to use an amenity we pay for monthly? Will not change rating until pool is fixed. No, uwilling to travel to another site to use an amenity I pay for right here. You should absolutely be offering a 15% discount for every month we haven't been able to use the pool or grilling stations. UNFAIR TO RENTERS. It's been MONTHS.

Very rude leasing agent. I asked if washers and dryers are inside the apartments and he replied by stating that he needed all of my contact information. After obtaining the information from me, I asked again if washer and dryers are inside the apartments and he replied no, there is only a laundry facility. I advised that I am not interested in moving into a complex that has no washer and dryer inside the unit, that was the reason for my call.

I actually enjoyed living here for the time I was here, the walls are thin and I did have a neighbor calling the police on my almost every night for like 3-5 months because I was watching tv in my bedroom and she could hear it, but I just stopped answering the door and eventually everyone gave up. The only thing I can say is that you need to make sure to give them a 60 day notice to vacate, not 30 day. But the office people are absolutely nice and understanding, they take good care of their stuff, the property is extremely well taken care of. They even try to work with you even if you screw up, woulda stayed here longer if they had any 1 bedroom options available when I moved.
