I took my 18 month old to have blood drawn and the two nurses were amazing. By the time we left the lab they had Carson smiling. Thank you for all that you do.

Dr. Mark C. Johansen Salmon Creek, saw me for three issues and worked with me on correcting my insulin intake, two right hand trigger fingers and a sudden growth behind my left ear. We discussed each issue and he made sure I was agreeable to his method of treatment. In addition, he also checked my records for covid boosters and told me I was due for another booster and I agreed with him on the vaccination. He accomplished all of this in about and hour and that was more than I thought he would be able to do in my time slot. He did not rush through the appointment. He took his time and we talked about other age related issues coming in the future. I was very satisfied with the way he handled our meeting. He also told me what he expected and what I needed to do with upcoming testing. He was kind, respectful, humorous and stern a mix that I enjoy going in for treatment. I hope he stays on your staff.

Tina at the Salmon Creek office went above and beyond for me. I needed a letter of necessity and she figured out a way to get it printed, signed by the doctor, and in my hand before we left. Much appreciated! My daughter also enjoyed her hygienist and the rest of the staff.

The nurses in the treatment center are professional but friendly. I have had Erica the last 3 times for my Picc line flush and dressing change. Even though she is still in training she takes her time and does an excellent job. She also listens carefully and wants the new dressing to be as comfortable as possible. She's a keeper!

I believe 8a
Cascade Park is open until 10:00 pm, all others close at I believe 6:00.
Yes they do
Yes, TB tests are offered at this location
In the Salmon Creek area, it would be Legacy hospital and they would shuttle the patient to a Kaiser Permanente facility like Sunnyside Medical Center if necessary.
No clinic. Drive thru at Cascade Park on Mill Plain.
7am to 6 pm Monday through Friday
20-40 minutes depending on your needs. Dilated exams and specialized needs take longer.
I would call member services to find out
My doctor is female at this Kaiser but if you go to kp.org I'm pretty sure you can search for doctors that way
8 am
Depends .....if you get a script of a " narcotics you must request that it is sent to the pharmacy in the clinic you wish to pick it up at..Example..after my discharge from Sunnyside Hospital. Without asking me what pharmacy to send my pain scripts, which I wanted to fill in Vancouer, they sent to one of the clinics in Portland...had to go to that pharmacy which was a pain..lol got caught in all the afternoon traffic...be sure to tell your Dr. Where to sent it..
They're open from 8 to 6 but they usually start at 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. if you need Cascade Park is open later than that I believe they're open till like 10 and also have Urgent Care there
Salmon Creek is a very good medical office.....I don't know who you see but all the doctors and nurses are very good.........
They are available now in October.
Salmon Creek does not have urgent care. Go to Cascade location in Vancouver, WA. 1-10pm weekdays, 9am-6pm Weekends.
