They sent a busted engine that cost me 4000 to buy and put in. I had a warranty so they sent out a New motor and they didn’t cover the cost of installation after they sent a bad engine. Now I’ve paid nearly 5700 dollars because of their mess up. So never use these guys if you can. They didn’t rectify the situation and now I’m nearly 6000 in debt because of it. So obviously it’s more about money and less about the customer. I know for a fact I’ll never go to them again. Wish I could give zero stars

Thieves and liars! Stay away from their service and their customer service. I order a part, they told me is gonna be here in 3 business days. It past already 10 business days and my part is still not here. I ask for a refund, they told me is gonna be 20% fee charge if I cancel the order. Stay away from this THIEVES and save your time and money.

Ordered a steering column from them for my truck since someone busted out the ignition and messed up the column trying to steal it a week after i ordered the column i called to check on the order. the website said column came with key the one they had recieved didnt have a key so they had to exchange it for another one in cali was told it would be about 2 days call them three days later and the new column still hasnt been pulled. truck has been sitting in street unable to move for almost 2 weeks the thiefs have had time to come back and steal all my fuzes and relays my stereo and it could be towed at any moment would not recommend them even after i explained my situation so far its been $150 for the column a $200 stereo and couple hundred in fuzes and relays after they told me they put it on a fast track cause of my situation

Absolutely fabulous service!! Justin Hopkins was hands on and so helpful. There was a bit of a mix up as to where the part was, at which store, that it was supposed to be pulled and was not. Within 15 minutes they had the part I needed pulled and up to the front desk. They were willing to help, he was kind, efficient, and polite. Those qualities are hard to find now days in people let alone a company. I highly recommend you speak with Justin Hopkins if you need any service.

Not an easy one. Can you call us 855-339-1932?
Possibly yes you can go online & look or come in to a store and ask
Sounds like you wanted a catalytic converter....
Rapid response takes them
Most likely. The have access to thousands of year makes and models. Your best bet is to call down and ask one of the reps.
I'm absolutely sure they could find you one if you provide them with the information that they will need
They are closed now but if you go to their website and look at their inventory you can find just about anything and everything automotive parts. I'm impressed of the site as it also has pics. Here is the link under the menu tab click on find a part fill in the info and it'll give you an array of parts available, etc. https://www.autowrecking.com/locations/napavine
Sure give us a call 855-339-1932 Our inventory changes fast. You can use www.autowrecking.com to find parts fast too!
