Pros: Club Valencia is positioned on a relatively quiet street across from single family houses. It feels homie and the maintenance on the grass and outside perimeter is great. Rarely is there litter and they also do a good job in picking up dog waste after the residents that don't pick up after themselves. The pool and gym are also well kept and I haven't experienced too many out of service incidents. The maintenance staff is friendly and welcoming and they've always performed satisfactory jobs when something needs fixing in my unit. Cons: Although the apartments are updated, the material they use is cheap. I've been here a year and a half and the vinyl is lifting straight across my living room. I was told the flooring is only replaced once you vacate. Also, the coating in the bathtub is peeling but thats just cosmetic. The service from the Leasing office is subpar. Any time I reach out to them the staff acts as if my requests are bothersome. Most recently, my cat got out of the apartment. I put up missing flyers by the mail box area just to find they were taking them down daily. When I addressed this with management the situation escalated because of their poor customer service and lack of empathy. Naturally, I was upset and voiced my grievances with the way they handled my missing cat dilemma. Long story short, management threatened to serve me with a 10 day eviction notice because of our disagreement in the office that day. - Fortunately, you can't be evicted for arguing with your leasing office, but the sheer audacity that they would make such a threat in an effort of intimidation just shows the kind of culture they house over there at the office. Its a one star for me. The staff alone really overshadows the few good qualities about Club Valencia.

I’ve lived at Club Valencia for 3 months now and so far so good! They made the move in process easy and was even accommodating when I stated I needed to move in a day earlier! The one time I needed maintenance they were very quick to get things done. I also feel very safe in the neighborhood. Anytime you call the office they are always there to answer the phone which was a big thing for me when I was apartment hunting. The staff is always friendly therefore I would definitely recommend this complex.

As far as I know the gym is only open up until 5pm while the lease office is open. I get off work at 10 and the lights are already off for the “24 hour gym” The pool is close half the time for cleaning. The apartment inside is nice a little outdated but stuff are somewhat old and they take forever to get things fix, they try to get you to call the emergency line instead of sending their works for fix things. My lease is almost up and I don’t plan on renewing. I hate Tuesdays mornings because at 7am the gardeners are already making a lot of noise. The staff isn’t all that great they aren’t much of help to be honest.

Club Valencia is a nice small property but I just moved into these apartments and my door is busted. From past experience I can tell someone broke into this unit prior to me. Why wouldn’t they resolve this issue before I moved in? Doors striker has to be pushed in every single time I open the door. No way you can miss this. There is multiple things missed in my unit that need attention I haven’t mentioned but not as important as the door. Poor experience. Not happy. Unacceptable. Standards aren’t being met imagine all the other things. I wonder. Office acted clueless when I brought it up to them. They had a vendor come out 4 days after move in to grab measurements for the door. Another week or two? No idea? Office doesn’t communicate until you start complaining. Good luck!
