Not even a month living here and roaches started coming out WHILE moving into the apartment the ceiling to my bathroom collapsed and now there’s just a big whole on my ceiling that they have yet to fix it’s been 3 days and still hasn’t been fixed.! My sink got clogged the second day of using it!! It’s ridiculous

I would not recommend that place to anybody in fact if you are looking at this please request a walk-through of the whole property and don’t just settle for the play apartment they show you. They raised the rent to almost $1000 just for a one bedroom with the bathroom inside the room I can only imagine the studio costs. They are more focused on the cosmetic work rather than the necessities for example the pool in the back has been a deep dark green disease infested looking pool for about a year. They did not drain the water but had chemicals added to the nasty water and then told the public it was OK to swim in it after. They were told the pump and filter needed fixed I don’t think it’s been fixed properly also when the city of Glendale was there they lied to them saying that somebody broke In where the hot water heater was and broke the heater? Seems to be a quick lie to get the city off thier back and the hot water is still not working properly on the whole property. There’s electrical issues, they had an issue with the laundry mat in the back. They have fake grass that collects a lot of diseases I have no clue how they tend to keep it clean. That place is not what they make it out to be so be careful when looking at the place, they say that people are getting thier moneys worth but there’s just been so much trouble with the necessities such as electricity and water and when people bring it up to the management or the owner they have an attitude about it . My thoughts are you say folks are getting thier moneys worth then give them thier moneys worth !!! I don’t know if some of the things that go on around there are done to spite people that speak out but I’m not one to keep quiet and if you have kids please look out for the interests of them as there was a whole bunch of kids in that disease infested water just last night when I went to visit a friend there. The water wasn’t changed…chemicals were just added!!!! And if you do live there I suggest documenting everything!!!!!!!!!

I lived there for 2 1/2 years I was in one of the newly remodeled apartments 2133 and when I first got there it had roaches after about a week of being there but I got rid of them. My dishwasher was new stove and refrigerator stainless steel however the dishwasher was not being used because it filled up with the dirty water from kitchen sink. They cabinets in kitchen was beautiful. I couldn't enjoy my balcony because i had no handle to open it. Never could open bedroom window it was broke , bathroom was not did over cabinet was molded and rotted out. The water continues to go off especially around the 1st of every month . Laundry was always nasty with homeless and drug addicts. However when I was moving out it seemed they were trying to fix the place up especially landscaping and they finally put locks on the laundry rooms. Staff was nice even when I was mad they still tried their best to resolve any issues I had. I never had problems here . Staff was nice especially Christy and Mary kay
