Been here for a couple months now and have really nothing to complain about. Ryan in the office is incredible and maintenence staff works hard. Tay had my issues resolved same day. Just a couple cosmetic issues with the apartment but I believe that's going to be any where that's not brand new.

I wish I could leave a 5 star review. I wish I could go off the one nice person in the office who didn't judge me and my family. I wish I could say that because they got us in and have an awesome program for the deposit they deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, I can't. Maintenance is spread extremely thin, so expect a long wait to fix things. Apartments are not perfect, and the cabinets have a TON of layers of paint on them, the apartments are far from luxury. Feels a little rushed for move in, but I should not complain, we got the chance to move from being homeless with two newborns (twins) and into a roof over our head with AC at the perfect time right before summer. We are thankful for having a home, and being able to say we live in a wonderful community, with polite neighbors who mind their business and well kept community. All homes can be fixer uppers and this is ours. I cannot wait until we make this apartment our home. Just keep in mind before move in that they aren't perfect but who is really.

Parking is always an issue. Every single day I drive around the complex for a minimum of 10 minutes looking for a spot. My roommate and I have one covered spot without the option to pay for another one. You cannot park in any uncovered spots unless it’s yours but sometimes there is not a single uncovered parking spot. The office and management refuse to do anything about this, they actually make it harder by threatening to tow your car if you park in a covered spot. When you ask what can be done to make things easier or where you can park they just shrug their shoulders.

Alvin did a great job fixing our toilet. We put in a request to get if fixed because it wasn't working and he showed up the next day. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Great service and quick response! He was very friendly and has a great work ethic. Thanks, Alvin!
