I have lived here for a little over a month and have completely regretted it ever since. I will not be renewing my lease and have seriously considered just breaking my current lease to get out of here. I have now have to put a 3rd request in to get my stove fixed. I have not been able to use it since moving in. The apartment was extremely dirty. Half of my outlets do not work. I just found out tonight that my kitchen sink is leaking everywhere. My windows don't close all the way and don't lock. I've had to duck tape them shut. There is no insulation anywhere. You can hear every little noise going in either outside or the apartments around you. Half the machines in the laundry room don't work. The property is dirty. People leave trash everywhere. So many stray cats and dogs running around with no leashes and not being cleaned up after. The grounds smell like urine and pot.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX IT IS NOW MANAGED BY CAM!!!!!! I have lived here for 2 years now and never had a problem now that CAM is managing it I've had nothing but issues. It has taken me 2 weeks to get an air filter for my apartment and when they finally did give me one not only was it the wrong size whoever installed it cut the sides and bent it to get it to sit in my ac unit. There has been an alarming amount of foot traffic and the gates are never locked anymore so anyone off the streets can just waltz in. I can not wait for my lease to be up so I NEVER have to deal with them again!

New property management company took over and I'm feeling very hopeful. Former manager and maintenance did they best they could with the resources available to them. I went to the office to speak to the new property manager and was very pleased with the encounter. Andrea was very kind and willing to address all of my questions and concerns. She has a great personality and wonderful customer service skills. Keeping my fingers crossed the new company will make positive changes.

DO NOT EVER MOVE IN HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I have lived here for almost a year and my door and window have not ever closed completely. At one point my door wouldn't even lock, because the door didn't close enough. Light can clearly be seen coming in from all sides of the door, which, in the summer, let all the cold air out and the hot air in. I was paying an incredibly high electricity bill, while still sweating in my apartment everyday. My window has never locked or sealed. I do not smoke, yet my apartment is constantly filled with cigarette smoke, because the kitchen sink has holes under it that let it in from next door. When presented with these issues, management literally told me they will not fix it, and if I don't like it I can pay the $1,100 fee and move out. When I moved in we did a move in inspection where I checked out the apartment and told the manager, Megan, what needed to be fixed. I mentioned the door, the window, and the sink and was told that it would be fixed. Nothing ever got fixed, and Sylvi now says that I accepted the apartment in this condition, so this is what I have to live in, even though he knows very well that I was told these issues would be resolved before I moved in. I guess he "lost" the inspection papers as well. This is an absolutely horrible place to live. The entire place smells like dog feces, the ground level apartments let in a lot of water from above the windows every time it rains, it is way over priced, the maintenance people never clean up trash or feces that is left all around the property, if you use the garbage cans in the courtyard you get fined $50, The water temperature is lukewarm at best, so I was forced to take cold showers in the winter, the BBQ pits are filled with cigarette ashes and butts, children play with the grill cleaners by 'sweeping' the filthy sidewalk with them, teenagers hang out in the courtyard screaming and getting wasted til 3 A.M., There are always dead birds all over the complex, and it's supposed to be a gated community, but the locks are always broken and anyone comes in whenever they want. I have reported these problems to management countless times and was told that they would write a work order to address the issues, but 90% of those times they never did. I brought this up to the head manager, Sylvi, today, and he told me that since I have no written proof of it, it never happened. He also told me that he will come into my apartment at any time he wants, to look at my window, and if he doesn't fix it, he doesn't care. He said that if I don't like it I should move out, but he will SUE ME for moving out early. When I called and reported the issue of rain pouring in from outside I was told to get buckets and towels, because there is nothing they can do about it. Several tenants were told this when they brought up the issue as well. I don't know one single person living here that is in the least bit satisfied with these apartments or the management. They act nice before you sign your rental agreement, but they completely change after you've payed your deposit and first months rent. Seriously, DO NOT RENT ONE OF THESE APARTMENTS.
