Yes but I can't recommend anyone live here after what they did to me
Depends on if you want bottom floor or up stairs either way both are more than $900 a month too expensive for the area
unfortunately probably not this place was bought recently an are trying to be tuff on everyone that walks through the door the previous owners were very good people an would give second chances but not these new people ran by pinnacle i hope this helps you good luck on your search

Yes there is a park at the elementary school across the street. And there are two high schools within 2-3 miles of the area
