Worst place Ive ever rented at. The office people are ridiculous. They will give you a hard time about everything except moving in. Apartments are not very nice and do not be fooled by the model or old pictures they show you. Cabinets/countertops are trash and they don’t replace the carpet. Your security deposit will be gone and expect that they try to charge you to remodel their unit.

A maintenance worker tried to break into my apartment, for no reason. After talking with the worker it was clear they needed access to an unlocked (their words) apartment next to mine. Why are you trying my lock then? If you have the ability to excuse breaking-and-entering, might I remind you of the other 1 star reviews, which are not falsified, this apartment complex offers a WEEKLY pest control. That is their admittance of having an infestation that they cannot properly take care of. So, with a lovely one bedroom you can have up to 2 balconies, dozens of roach friends to bring to Roachella, and maintenance who likes to test the self-defenses and security of the residents of Olive Tree. This should not even be an establishment with how little respect seems to be given to residents with 8x income required. If you barely meet the income requirement, look elsewhere. This is not worth that percentage of your income. Edited for clarification: This is an anonymous review, and is not reflected by any person actually named "Daisy C", I'm making this clarification given the chance that OT tries to claim that "Daisy C" never rented on the property. Olive Tree trying to make this claim would be nearing perjury. They know they've had residents move out due to the same breaking-and-entering issue.

When I started my lease, they mentioned it was a rehabed apartment. As there was a current guest in the apartment I could not view it and I was forwarded images and what was pictured on the website. They claimed it to have new appliances and well a rehab, this was false. Upon calling, they all decided to give me the run around. Once representative mentioned that there is different meanings to “rehab”, that some apts only had new appliances and some had new this and that. The apt neither had new appliances nor was the paint new or anything new or “rehab” from the cabinets, closets, floors, fans or sinks. The apt was handed over to me without anything being done to it that would be considered “rehabbed”. The cabinets were old and crooked, there was paint stains on the floor and what looked like a terrible and lazy attempt to simply paint over certain areas. Plus a bulge of what seems like a water leak that they tried to cover up with paint over the shower. It took them a month to comply and they just replaced kitchen and bathroom doors of the cabinets and placed overlay strips to cover up the old cabinet wood frames. They did not replace the entire cabinets. Then they gave me a new fan and a light in the bathroom. That’s what a rehab is by their definition. The company they hired left their saw dust in my cabinets and called it a day. I could not place my pots and dishes and had to clean it up so that I could put stuff away. They did it rather cheaply and the face of the cabinets fell off two of the drawers and maintenance came to lazily glue them together. They don’t seem to have any pride in their work, their appearance or their products. They don’t care enough to provide functional and things that look good. They don’t need to be the Ritz-Carton. Simply take pride in what you do. Cheap work isn’t good and good work isn’t cheap. Be advised to walk through the apartment before you sign. Be advised that you are getting what they promised and walk through with someone and point out flaws and notate every little detail.

Don’t move here! These apartments are not worth it there’s roaches there pest control doesn’t work I have to pay terminix. There ticks outside on the grass you will find them on your dog. the laundry room rips you off they take your money. Some of the dryers don’t even work and the washers throw black water out. The laundry rooms are always dirty and the dryers doors are ripped off. The pools are always dirty and the water is foggy. The maintenance workers don’t even work there always messing around and there hiding behind the building and sitting On there golf carts. There mold on the vents and Someone came and painted over it you can still see the mold there multiple comments about the Mold. There dogs with out leashes when you go for a walk. When you complain they tell you to do a maintenance report but they don’t even do anything they just paint over stuff. Also the maintenance people come into your apartment without your permission even though you ask to wait until your home. I got my carpet cleaned and the maintenance people came without shoe covering I tell my guest to take off there shoes and I keep my carpet cleaned. The gym is very humid and stinks very bad. There security doesn’t do a good job I got a tool stolen back of the truck. Don’t waste your money here.
