I’ve referred a few people already and we all had a very pleasant experience. They’re on top of their game. Happy to refer again.

Unfortunately, in our opinion, there is no recourse here. These types of places are usually voluntary admissions and the patients are made aware of the rules. If they choose to violate them and suffer consequences, there is not a viable civil case. The patient chose to use substances that he or she could reasonably conclude would harm him/her. Sorry, we were unable to assist.
We do not. The type of attorney that would handle this would either be someone that handles juvenile dependencies or someone that would be prepared to file a civil lawsuit against a state agency. Unfortunately, we are not the attorneys you're seeking.
